  • Private Practice – Tampa, Florida 1978 to present
  • Dr. Hoffman is a clinical psychologist who practices in the areas of clinical neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology. This includes evaluating and treating patients for brain impairment and the emotional effects of physical illnesses and injuries, assessing their restrictions and limitations, and evaluating their suitability for employment, and how well they would “fit” in various job settings. This also includes an active practice in general psychotherapy.

  • Appointed to the Board of Psychological Examiners by Florida Governor, November 2000, with responsibility to oversee the activities of all licensed psychologists in the state of Florida.
